The best in the biz. Woke up to a freezing cold house, furnace would kick on for a little bit then stop. It’s a new furnace, not very old at all, so after days of messing around with the thermostat I decided to give in and call around and have someone come check out the furnace. Lee and his wife Kaycee are nothing but amazing. A month ago my water heater went out and needed a new coupler, same week my husband and I were headed out of town, he came over on a Saturday morning, due to how long it took to come in, and installed it. Now fast forward a month later, tonight, my water heater goes out again. It’s 9 at night and him and his wife have been communicating with us for the last hour and after realizing the part failed, they have a new one on the way.
