42 North recently did a whole facelift on our home. Windows, siding (from stucco to vinyl), gutters, fascia. The home looks amazing and the compliments have been never ending. The team was quick, as quiet as they could be-given the task at hand, respectful of our space and our schedules. We took a total of 6 quotes over 2 years before committing to our company and we chose this company because not only did they quote better than competitors (by thousands!) but they included prices for the 'what ifs' that can sometimes skyrocket a projects price. That was the part that sealed the deal, knowing the expected and the possibility left us feeling more informed. Other quotes intended to just cover the stucco with new materials. 42 North planned to take it off and assess the home underneath, they found framing issues, insulation issues, some rot... the works. They took it in stride and fixed everything quickly. We found some small things that we weren't thrilled with and they were so quick to come out and resolve each problem, checking with us to make sure each was perfect. Overall, we are pleased to recommend this group for any project and will be returning to them when we need our roof redone in a few years!
Had our shingle roof replaced after the hail storm. Communication was great and the transition from insurance to replacement was seamless. The crew was timely and cleaned up every step of the way. In and out in 1 1/2 days. Great local company.
Korey and his team have done work at my home several times. They are honest, efficient, clean up after themselves, and are locally owned. If I could give 42 North 10 stars I would!
