Carl runs a smooth business! The first time I used him he repaired my furnace and was very efficient and had the needed part but, it developed other issues and needed to be replaced. He replaced the furnace and gave me the cost of the part back! Then my hot water heater went out. Since we have a jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms we had two hot water heaters in series. He was there the next morning and installed both of the heaters! Now, as if that isn't enough later in the summer the AC died. Yup, they were there in the morning and gone by 3 after installing a new one! So, to recap, I've had great experiences with French's and highly recommend them!!... read full review

Our furnace died, within a few days they had a new one installed and heat back on. And at a better rate than anyone around. Could not be happier with how professional the crew is. Thanks again!Services: Heating system installation
