Spring of 2019 I had Bradfield install 8 RBS double pane windows at my house, and they are still amazing. I had John come out to quote the project and gave a reasonable price. His price per window was higher than my neighbors contractor but John was more professional and I felt like his quality/craftsmanship would be better and it was. My neighbor has a lot more regrets than I do.I would absolutely use them again

We had a horrible experience dealing with Larry Visner at Bradfield. Larry came out and seemed pleasant and knowledgeable, but that initial impression was fleeting. Several weeks after the initial walkthrough he provided a "rough" estimate of costs that he had put together in a spreadsheet. Based on that estimate, we agreed to design the project which took months of emailing back and forth. Larry had not taken notes and we had to correct him on basics of the design multiple times, and often had to ask him multiple times for the same information.
