Mark and his team worked swiftly to resolve our incorrectly installed tankless water heater that was malfunctioning just 18 months after our new home build. The original plumber installer was not responding and I reached out to Advanced Plumbing to review my situation. Within just a couple days they worked with the equipment manufacturer to obtain a replacement unit under warranty, corrected wrongly installed exhaust and intake pipes and properly completed the installation of the unit with other missing equipment., including check valve and small water conditioner to reduce future required maintenance and help ensure smoother operation.

Water was shooting out from an outside pipe. I called him at 8:40 at night, he told me to send a photo. I did and he told me how to fix it with a screwdriver! Fixed by 9 pm and no charge! Honest and dependable it’s the only plumber I recommend! Second time I’ve used him! Thank you Mark!
I did not have water for two days over the holiday weekend. I talk to them at 8:30 Tuesday morning by 2 o’clock. They had water back for me. Very polite and professional! Cleaned up after themselves and did a super job! Highly recommend this company to anybody!!
