Dr Rick is an exceptional audiologist! She listens to her patients and explains everything in such a clear way that the science behind the technology makes sense. She is patient and makes allowances for an individual's (my mother's) uncertainty while affirming her ability to manage having hearing aids . Although I live thirty minutes away from her office I will come back to her when the time comes for me to need hearing aids! She is an asset to her field of expertise!

Had an extremely tricky tree that needed removal. Tri City Tree Service provided a quick and reasonable quote and was working on the tree within a week. Super professional, very responsive with communication, diligent workers. If you need a tree gone and you don’t at least get a quote from them you’re doing yourself a disservice.

I have been getting my haircut at Quick Cuts for many years, and the quality of my haircuts has always been absolutely perfect. The service is also exceptional.
Today, I walked in without an appointment, and they welcomed me very openly without even a complaint, taking me right in. The conversation I had with the young lady cutting my hair was very entertaining, and she made me feel very comfortable during my haircut.
She shared that she had been cutting hair for 10 years. I asked her about her worst and best experiences. Although it was difficult, she managed to tell me the best she could, all while giving me a great haircut.
This is why this company has been successful for so long—it's because of the quality of service they bring to the Grand Haven area and their reasonable prices, which are not overly expensive for the area.

The manager is the sweetest woman. She explains this very well and always has a smile on her face and has such a kind personality. The salon is very large and super clean. There are a wide variety of tanning beds and sunless tanning options. This place is wonderful and the staff makes it even better

I came in last minute before vacation and got a pedicure and manicure done in an hour! The staff was kind and did excellent work! I have short nails due to my job and she still made them look pretty!
My pedicure look great, but their massage chairs weren't great, the lady nicked my skin along my nail bed and they messed up my mom's nails.
best experience. i have social anxiety and it was my first time in years going, the girls are such 'girl's girls,' they hyped me up about my color and despite my awkwardness and feet twitching, they were so patient. the energy was funny and kind, and the music in the background was GOOOOD. my nails look amazing, will be coming back.

Mark and his team worked swiftly to resolve our incorrectly installed tankless water heater that was malfunctioning just 18 months after our new home build. The original plumber installer was not responding and I reached out to Advanced Plumbing to review my situation. Within just a couple days they worked with the equipment manufacturer to obtain a replacement unit under warranty, corrected wrongly installed exhaust and intake pipes and properly completed the installation of the unit with other missing equipment., including check valve and small water conditioner to reduce future required maintenance and help ensure smoother operation.

Been here a couple times, people are always friendly and they do an excellent job. I struggle to find massage places that do a good job with deep tissue and they never seem to have an issue with that!
