Trash, rude, impolite to people trying to help them! Lol, When their phone lines get cut off and they lose business, they're gonna be desperate and going to have to pay outrageous prices! It's so funny when you try and help someone and they're rude to you and you just shake your head knowing theyre gonna regret it. LIKE IM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY'RE ARE OUR CUSTOMER, IM NOT A SALES PERON, NOT A TELEMARKETER TRYING TO SEEL TIME SHARES LOL. BYE!.

I have been following a certain hair stylist for many years, and she's found her niche with Style Maker. My husband now comes to Style Maker also. Very friendly, easy to get to and fair pricing for services.

I went in to see Sue on the recommendation of a friend. I showed photos and gave specific instructions. I explained that I needed my long hair for my job and only wanted 4" or less trimmed off the split ends. I wanted a layer right around shoulder length to remove some of the bulk. She said she understood and even repeated what I said. My hair style is not complicated especially for a seasoned stylist. However, for some reason, she cut off 12" instead of 4"!!! So now ALL of my hair barely touches my shoulders. There was no way for me to know until it was too late. I'm devastated and angry because it took me years to get it as long as it was. I can barely put it in a ponytail now and I have to figure out what to do for work. People say I should call and complain or try to get my money back but it's more trouble than it's worth. It's not like they can glue my hair back on or make me feel better. I just won't go back and will definitely tell people to stay away.
