Love Pilates with Tami and was so happy to find the studio after moving to Grand Blanc. She is focused and attentive and quick to recommend adjustments due to my physical issues. After months of Pilates with her I can see and feel the difference in my body ... stronger, toned and clothes fitting loose (actually dropped a size). Highly recommend Tami and the studio!
