Excellent instructors and class selection. The always instructions provided are clear and the flows are great. The studio is clean, spacious, and perfectly lit. The teachers and students are always warm and welcoming.

As a newcomer to this area, I wandered in for the first time right as they reopened after the COVID shutdown had changed everything. They took every precaution to keep us safe then, and they continue to follow the current guidelines.I never experienced Ashtanga until I took my first class with Jimmy Smalley. There was an issue signing up for a class (turns out, 100% my error) and Jennifer made the effort to call me directly and explain what had happened. Even though the error was my fault, she still refunded my credit and went out of her way to call me herself! I have always loved practicing at this studio. It's clean and comfortable....The staff are amazing, which is no surprise since the owner herself is such a professional business owner!
