The gym is particularly busy from 5AM-7AM and 4PM-7PM, which can make it difficult to complete a workout on schedule and find parking. Despite this, the staff consistently clean the locker rooms and are available to answer questions. Recently, there have been some issues with roof leaks due to winter weather, but employees have been proactive in using mop buckets and wet floor signs to prevent accidents. Overall, Planet Fitness provides a solid option for physical exercise activities, with a positive and inviting atmosphere. The staff, including Ryan and Jacob, are consistently friendly and greet members upon arrival and departure. It is a recommended gym option in Grand Blanc.
