The last 2 times that I have gone in here it has been a bad experience. Everyone's always super friendly which is why I'm still giving two stars, but the last time i had to pay for the 2 different colors that got put in my hair. Red and purple. I specifically said when I was discussing that I wanted red and purple in my hair that my hair would need to be bleach to get the purple to show up.The woman doing my hair insisted that it would not need to be bleached first so she did not.I walked out with red and darker red hair absolutely no purple. Lady gave me a bad haircut but was friendly (although a little unprofessional with her conversation with me tbh). Facility is nice, and service was prompt. But like I said...bad haircut. Won't be going back.
