I had been going to UofM for my lung issues. Wanting to get my docs closer to home i tried Genesee Lung Associates. One visit and I feel like a new person! Dr B was great. Listened as i went on and on and…. Highly recommend!

We have had amazing experiences here with Dr's. Randi- MA has been exceptional assisting in my mothers care. We have had absolutely no issues getting in and being seen. We were able to get an appointment quickly after my mom was discharged from the hospital. Mandy has been accomadating and so very helpful coming up with a perfect appointment time that would work for mine and my moms schedule. She is patient and has been great. I also have had a great experience with the checkout girl and she just has a great personality.

The office overall is wonderful! Dr Bayasi is very pleasant and thorough. The scheduler Mandy was able to get me in quickly for a concerning issue. All of the MA’s are very professional and nice. I have not had an unpleasant experience with anyone except one individual in the office, who is a receptionist. Even when I went for being set up for a sleep study all of the girls were helpful and went above and beyond. However Mandy went over and beyond to be sure I was scheduled, seen and taken care of. In my opinion the practice has a wonderful scheduler and clinical staff. The dark haired receptionist that sits in the middle should probably take some lessons from the other...read full review
