“We had 5 star service and pricing when we had issues with our boiler, but 3 star service and pricing for plumbing. We were left scratching our heads as to why the face plate on our shower handle just dangled in space leaving a large gap behind it. Our shower was unusable. Then I realized he put the handle sleeve/stem on backwards. A quick fix once I realized the plumber's mistake, but why did I have to find and fix the mistake? I probably should have replaced the valve myself (I have before, I just did not think that I had the time to do it).“

“Luke, from Saginaw Valley Appliance came to my home a couple different times within a 7-10 day span. The last visit was on 9-20-24.He had to take my washing machine apart and put in a new transmission.It was time consuming, detailed work. He was professional, courteous and thorough. I went in for some information and guidance on fixing a dishwasher that was purchased by my daughter on Facebook marketplace. They were very friendly and informative.
