I must say, the color product Cheryl uses has actually stayed with the bonus benefit that it is a natural product without ammonia or harsh chemicals. From start to finish I knew step by step what to expect, was counseled prior to beginning, and felt very comfortable. The process went by quickly, maybe 30-40 min total to do the lift and tint. “I usually cut my own hair, but decided to be a little ballsy this time, going shorter on the fade than usual. Needless to say, I bit off a little more than I could chew! Lol. So I came in to get some help with transitioning the fade into my top. I came in and Kenzie was really kind & she did a good job! Then, after going home I found a couple things I wanted changed (just wanted a higher fade) & they were kind enough to take me in and fix them up w/out charge. I often find that with art, it's less about finding people with specific skills & more about finding people who are humble, who can listen well and participate in the process. It's less about "getting a job done" and more about two parties participating in a process to make something cool & beautiful. Art is high stakes, especially when it's on a person's head.
