As I posted: We am grateful to have had the opportunity this summer to work with the team at Phil and Lee's Homes, and Carrie in particular. While sad that the project we envisioned turned out to be too much for us at this point our lives, it is a gem to find a business who treats even those folks they will not make money on so ethically. Carrie was patient as we tried to understand what we need in housing for this next round, in spite of the ever present dachshunds 😂 and my occasional melt down. Her intuition, broad knowledge and communication spoke volumes of her integrity and the integrity the entire group at Phil and Lee’s. Had we been able to complete the project, it would have resulted in an amazing living space❤️ I would not hesitate to recommend Phil and Lee's Homes to my friends and family, should you find yourself in need of either a mobile or modular home. I have no doubt that if it had been feasible, she/they would have insured that the project got done to our high standards and on time! How a business treats people that don’t end up buying from them speaks volumes about who they are - and in an age where greed dominates so many transactions - working with Carrie, and Phil and Lee’s was a refreshing change - they are the best!Thank you Carrie and team! Also a shout out to Renee Kadish at Key Realty who is hands down the best agent we have ever worked with - both on the buyer and the seller side.
