We’ve been using De Hooghe & Viau for almost six years since moving to Gladstone, and they’ve always done reliable work for us. This most recent situation was just tough because our boiler/heat pump issue left more than half our home without heat. We were originally told it would be 3–4 weeks before someone could come out, but it stretched into nearly two months. With winter temps dropping and both of us working from home, the delay was rather stressful and that’s the only reason this isn’t a 5-star review.

I have been going Here ever since I moved to Escanaba 15 years ago, and They have been wonderful . I just called them and I kept getting another plumbing and heating company. I am going to really miss them. I guess they closed down. They have always been there for me when I needed them.
They are outstanding!!! My wife woke up to no water pressure, she called and there was a technician out to our house that morning, diagnosed the problem, a bad well pump, they got it replaced and we had running water very quickly, shout out to Tom, and his assistant for outstanding work, top notch service for sure
