The clinic is known for its helpful and knowledgeable team, who listen to concerns and questions regarding pets' health. Many families have moved their animals to this clinic for the high level of care provided by Dr. Nied and the flexibility offered for urgent matters. Even when Dr. Nied is unavailable, clients can expect the same level of care from other veterinarians. The center has also shown great compassion in difficult situations, such as when a client needed help for their dog while out of town, demonstrating their commitment to excellent veterinary care.
Staff has always been super helpful and kind in the 6 years we've taken our cats here. Have always been very helpful and knowledgeable when we have questions and truly listen when we have any concerns or worries about our cats health.
Highly recommend this place. Our whole family moved our animals here from Red Barn because our favorite vet, Dr Nied came here. She is able to give us the level of care we want. They are so flexible with fitting animals in for more urgent matters. I can honestly say I like all of the vets here, and sometimes in a pinch when Dr Nied is not available I know I can expect the same level of care.
We were out of town and had to take our dog to a vet. Dr Nied was great with a very tough situation. My dog was in bad shape and they shared the findings with knowledge and compassion. She followed up with me the next day when I was back home with the results of the blood work. I was impressed and grateful with their care, especially since my dog is not a regular patient there.
