We were experiencing a cracked valve in our softener system. I had a replacement part, but not the tools to make the adjustment.

Mike from Quality not only replaced the needed flow, but made a simpler yet more efficient and less problematic set up!

In addition, he took the time to coach me on what to do going forward and use of the equipment not provided when installed.

Mike truly is a professional and he represents his firm at a very high level.

Is truly a quality company all of its own! I couldn't possibly think of anyone else I would rathor use. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to anyone in need of quality, plumbing or AC and heating work.. All of the gentlemen working for the company are extremely professional, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and Courteous.

I just purchased a house in Gaylord, and Ken helped with getting the natural gas line to the house extended to the kitchen to move to a gas range, and to the exterior for a natural gas grill. The technician busted his butt to get it done without having the pipes/tube exposed in the basement, and everything looks absolutely fantastic.
