Kody and Jason from Hank's Heating and Cooling in Petoskey (part of the Family Plumbing and Heating group) installed central air today and were fantastic. They worked efficiently, took care of every detail, and did an exceptional installation. Then Scott came to inspect the work and system, and he was fantastic, too.
I've been using Hank's for years and wasn't sure what a difference it would make to have that well-respected local company be part of the Family group, which takes in a much larger geographic area. But, have no fear, the quality is the same. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with this company, their employees are their biggest asset! My interactions with them were very impressive. Myself and my family appreciate their knowledge, workmanship and ability to educate the customer was outstanding! I’ve purchased 3 furnaces, my first with this company. Kody, Jason and Nevin extremely professional and friendly and because of them I highly recommend this company!
