Awesome place to bring not just the kids, but the whole family to train. They have classes for everyone, karate for kids and adults, cardio kickboxing, traditional Samurai, cardio drumming, and self defense programs for kids, adults, mom's, fire and EMS, etc. Pricing is very fair too. Come see a family friendly training facility for the entire family.

Karate class for all ages. We have class for 4-5 yrs, 6-12 and teens & adults. Discipline, focus, respect, fitness and self defense. Our classes are fun, educational and safe.
