My 2 year old Rottweiler mix was diagnosed with Addisons disease over the summer. Luckily the emergency vet diagnosed quickly and she was doing ok. However the primary vet I had been using was doing no follow up. I tried another vet with the same issue. Without even expressing my frustration or concerns, during our initial visit with Dr. Ham, he was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and I could absolutely tell he genuinely cares for my dog. Impressed is an understatement. I am so thankful and relieved I found this vet. I cannot recommend them enough, especially Dr. Ham.

A wonderful staff who genuinely cares for the pets and their owners. I have a million questions everytime, some of which I need to repeat every few visits because I forget, and Dr. Arkens and her staff answer them with patience and generosity. I have two pets there and some of the files have been mismatched but those were small mistakes they were quick to correct. Overall, it is a wonderful place for new pet owners and their pets.

I've been taking my pets to Morrison Animal Hospital for years. All doctors I have encountered there have given the utmost care to my dog and cat. They explain things so well so that I understand what's going on in the body, and the course of treatment. Every time I called a doctor with concerns, my calls were returned and I had the complete attention from them without any of them ever being in a rush. Recently I had to have my dog euthanized. I was so touched and impressed with how the office handled my situation. From the ladies answering the phones, to the vet techs helping to get my dog out of the car, to the doctors, every employee involved handled this with such compassion, understanding and professionalism. I felt that I was the only patient they were dealing with that day, even knowing how busy they were. And to top it off, I received a beautiful card of sympathy for the loss of my dog, with personal notes written by Dr. Ham and Dr. Arkens, including the whole office staff signing it. I will be forever be grateful for the genuine care and concern from that office❤️
