Dr. Ruth came highly recommended by a friend of mine whom I trust to the fullest, but I still hesitated for months. Let’s just say I could kick myself for waiting. The front desk girls are beyond words kind and the facility is very inviting, putting me at ease. Dr. Ruth was by far the most patient and kindest person I have ever met in this field. She explained everything, provided me my options and was really thorough. First, while I was filling out the new client information paperwork, she came in and introduced herself. I have never had a doctor do that!!!!Then, I came in and we had a consultation. Because I had the threading done in the past, she went ahead and prepped the minimally invasive procedure.It was flawless. I mean she made the pokes of the needle seem so easily and much easier than the last time I had it At the last place by far. During that time she was humming to the music.
