I went to their store to have my prescription filled for my glasses. I am disabled and on a low fixed income. My health insurance thankfully has some vision benefits. I called first because I do not have transportation and did not want to ask friends for rides all over trying to get pricing. I spoke to Andrew who explained that they have many packages but he would check my total benefits to ensure they could get me the best glasses that my benefits would pay for without any out of pocket. He called back shortly and told me what my benefits were and that he was sure they could provide me with glasses that would fit all my needs and that I would be happy with. I asked what hours he worked so I could have him wait on me when I came. When I arrived he remembered me from the phone call. He greeted me and told me he was just finishing up with a customer and would be right with me. I showed him the glasses I was wearing and that I would like a pair that was similar but with a little bit bigger lens so I would not see the frames at the bottom while wearing them. He immediately found two frames that I was very happy with. I chose one and he proceeded to tell me what lens would be best that I had benefits for. He made sure there was not out of pocket but still gave me the best lens for me. I will be picking my glasses up in about a week. Ask for Andrew when you visit the store you will not be disappointed at all.

By far the best Eye exam experience I ever had. It was nice not to be dilated before the eye exam. Instead of dilation they used a high-powered camera to get the readings that they needed. This allowed me to properly see in the eye exam which was great! The picking out of the glasses was also a wonderful experience. Nicole was gentle and kind as well as patient. She did not push the process along for me. I appreciate it. I highly recommend Elite. I am so very happy with the glasses and the customer service!
