I called re: needing a new garbage disposal, the water kept backing up In my kitchen sink, I couldn't even wash the dishes. Jesse and his assistant came out. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. I felt that the price was reasonable. I would rec them to family and friends. I will be having them do some more work for me in the near future. Keep up the good work. I like the fact that it is a family based company that has been around for 48 plus years.

hello the experience with Hartford&Ratliff was very pleasant. the person who was sent to my home had great knowledge of the type of heating system in the house, and was very professional in all areas of the repairs. the whole experience, was a pleasant one. Thank You Very Much. Ron Good-Dayy !

May 2020 Update - I needed Burton & Sons again but they're now owned by Thorton & Grooms.and they're NOT as customer friendly or price friendly as Burton's was. I'm still looking for a replacement company in June 2020. Older review - Once again I needed Burton & Sons, Inc to take care of a leak. This time it was under the kitchen sink and Mitchell B came in and fixed it. He was always respectful, courteous and friendly. He's determined to fix what needs fixing which at my old house isn't always easy. Mitchell B was fun to talk with and easy to be around. I highly recommend him and Burton & Sons, Inc.
