Our poodle mix is a handful (super anxious, dislikes being handled by anyone other than myself or my husband) and Village Groomer was the first and only groomer to confidently tell us that they could handle him. We're so grateful to have found a place that didn't mind being extra patient while my doggo got comfortable. We won't take our pup anywhere else and we tell everyone to give VG a try! Affordable, thorough and truly friendly business!
I highly recommend this business. I have been bringing my pets here since it opened. I had 2 senior pets at that time (a Brittney and Beagle). Val and the other groomers were so awesome with both of them. I never had to worry about them being stuck in a little wire cage because they have large, wood constructed doggie cubicles. Sadly those 2 have passed over the rainbow bridge. As soon as I got a new fur baby, I started bringing her there. She’s a squirmy chihuahua and they handle her with such care and patience. If you love your pet as much as I love mine, this is the groomer for you.
I definitely will be returning to Village Groomer! My first visit there was for my sweet, older and nearly blind Boston Terrier. Katelyn, his groomer was very kind and gentle with our little guy. She did a wonderful job washing, drying, cleaning ears and trimming nails. When I picked him up he was happy, obviously NOT stressed, which told me he was very comfortable at his new groomer and Katelyn who is great!!! Thank you Village Groomer.
