Last week I was trying to find rain coats and mud boots for my grandsons birthday,two boys! There was no help to be found anywhere, so I went to the changing room counter, still no one around? i did find a guy who was able to point me in the right direction but then he was gone! I went back to the counter and picked up a phone there and pushed a few buttons. The next thing I knew there was all kinds of help, in fact three people!! Im kinda older, 67 yrs. and I explainded to the two employees that offered to help me what it was I was looking for and the size.
