We were very impressed with the care we received yesterday through the emergency room. The doctor was thorough and kind and the nurses and aides were professional and so helpful.We appreciate it!!

No one in waiting room. Just hit 2 hours of sitting here. Go elsewhere. You'll die waiting for care here.Edit- 3 stars instead of 1 now. The wait was ridiculous. The staff were absolutely amazing.

I took my husband to Gerber Hospital ER today. Although it's never fun to go to a hospital, we had a great experience. He was escorted to a room within 5 minutes of our arrival! He was treated by a few nurses, a PA, a phlebotomist, and had multiple tests taken. All personnel were professional, efficient, & personable. It was well worth the drive from Muskegon to Fremont!
