Had problems with the machine.So I called them.And they were At my house within a 1/2 hour to fix. The problem had friendly service explained everything in details. Was very helpful. Ended up replacing the unit. Thank you for your service.

My mom is in an assisted living facility and requires oxygen 24/7 to breathe. The oxygen machine in her apartment failed tonight. From the time I made the call to DASCO until the after-hours person came with the new machine was only one hour. You can't ask for better service than that! Thank you!

Samantha has been servicing my grandparents for years and I couldn’t be more thankful for her. She has empathy and compassion in each interaction and has always been efficient, following through with anything my grandparents have needed. Samantha keeps clear communication so my family doesn’t ever feel in the dark with their service/care. My grandparents have specifically brought up Samantha on their own time and speak so highly of her and how you can tell she genuinely cares for her patients.
