“My first visit to this office. Everyone on staff were very nice. My daughter's dog has a bad habit of chewing and eating everything. After apparently eating some sticks and branches, she started passing blood. She didn't have a vet that they had used in over 1 1/2 years. This place got us in as soon as they could. It seems the dog is improving and needs to eat a bland diet for a while so her insides can completely heal. No more bleeding. Back to acting herself. Thank you Valley Animal Clinic.“

“Dr. Kline and the staff at Riverside took fabulous care of our dog, Jude, when he had to have 13 teeth extracted and a mass removed from his gum. I can't say enough good things about the love and care they gave him and were very helpful in explaining everything to us!!! “Everyone here was wonderful; unfortunately I did end up making the decision to euthanize my mare. The team went above and beyond expectations to do everything they could to help her. I had to make this very difficult decision after a week of treatment for Colic with no signs of improvement. I was 8.5 months pregnant, so my emotions were at an all time high. Dr Callie I can't say enough great things about. She even found it in her heart to bring me closure, by doing an autopsy and letting me know my decision was what was best for my horse Misty because of all the damage already done to her organs due to severe sand impaction.

I had greatly appreciated her updating me with the daily price increase of care, and with pictures of my sweet mare. She consistently told me my options, and if I decided to proceed what the cost was increasing to.

They brought a bed and blanket in for him, fed him chocolate....which he loved by the way, sedated him so he wouldn't know what was going on, and then euthanasia. We called everywhere in the area and no one would help us until 1-2 months out. When you make the decision to do something this hard it's because it needs to be done right away!
