“We had a good experience with Siding Unlimited and have already recommended them to several neighbors in our sub who saw the work being done on our home. We originally tried getting three quotes for new siding. One company was a no show and another company’s rep got rude when my wife and I wouldn’t commit during his visit. Our installation crew consisted of Brian, Bobby and Shawn. They showed up every day (when it wasn’t pouring rain), put in a full day’s work, and cleaned up when they left. One day, they worked on a fascia on the highest peak of house but were dissatisfied with some imperfection I could barely notice. They tore it down and re-installed it the next day.“

“Miller roofing has been a very good experience for me this past weekend. It started with an honest and knowledgeable quote that was a lot better in delivery and cost than the other quotes I had received from a competitor. the start of work was within a week and on the day of the work there was issue with my roof that had the price go up due to there being more layers to remove than would have ever be expected on my flat section of roof. we discussed the extensive extra work and negotiated a very fair extension in price to get where we needed. I was very happy. later some rotted wood needed to be replaced so some additional cost that i knew up front would be needed as he quoted this very accurately. the work was done professionally and in one day. Mr. miller arrived for the final inspection at the end of the day addressed all questions and made sure the job was done to his standards he cleaned up an edge or two that he thought he could make better and he did. There was a major issue with the first pour, and I of course was nervous because in my experience companies typically spend more money trying to fix an issue so it’s “good enough”, or they will offer you a small discount for things being wrong. NOT Rock Solid.

Rob, the concrete manager, came out the following morning. He was there for about 2.4 minutes and he says, “I wouldn’t let this patio be at my families house, I’m not letting it fly here either. We’re ripping it out and making it perfect.”

Sure, it sucked to not have a patio for 2 extra weeks. But, things go wrong. Crap happens. It’s how Rob, Katie and the entire Rock Solid Team handled it. They didn’t once try to pressure me into letting it be fine. They did every single thing right. They prioritized my job to make it perfect, Rob was onsite during the framing and entire pour to ensure it went smoothly. I changed about 243 things as the framing went along, because of the crew and Rob’s input. I’ve never purchased a nearly 1,000sq ft patio. So when it comes to knowing what will look good, and what looks cheap I trust Rock Solid 110%. The crew noticed some of the decisions I made wouldn’t look the best, so they made recommendations as well. What kinda concrete crew cares enough about the customer to do that? Yeah, Rock Solid does. Every time it was more work, harder cuts, trickier pours and they didn’t bat an eye.

End result is amazing. For my troubles Rob ensured to spruce it up in his own way, taking design control when asked because he truly does want you to be happy. That’s all Rock Solid cares about. What a pleasure it was to work with Rob, Katie, Jake and the entire crew.
