Johnie is quite simply “Him” when it comes to speed training. My kid comes home wrecked (in a good way) after training session. Lots of work and development!! He works with the parents in scheduling and almost always accommodates kids schedule as well. Love JDSP!!
Johnie is the right person to see if you are a student athlete looking to improve your game and increase your goals. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We have nothing but respect for what he does, and how much he is committed to helping his clients.
Coach Drake has been a great trainer for my son! I would highly recommend him as a trainer! Coach Drake is a great teacher, and has taken the time to ensure my son understands the correct way to perform workout drills they’re doing so he can do those drills the correct way himself. This has and will continue to help my son’s take his athleticism to the next level he wants to achieve.
