Had to use drain detectives on 2 separate occasions. JT was the technician that came out both times. Great guy, very knowledgeable and respectful. Well use again if services needed.

Rick and his entire team were phenomenal! After doing a sewer scope and realizing we had some major repairs to do to our sewage system, Rick was available to talk through the inspection report and come up with a plan of action over the phone. Once he and his team were on site it was clear that Rick was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his work. He did multiple walk arounds of the property to get a sense of possible solutions for where our new pipes should go and all along the way he explained his thought process and kept me in the loop.
