Best company ever!!! I have used them for my furnace repairs, air conditioner unit and now for a new hot water heater. They responded to my phone call immediately and came out the next morning to replace it, as I had water throughout my basement. Nino and Jim replaced the tank, and were professional, courteous, and prompt. I will not use anyone else but them!!

My AC went out during a 100 degree week and Detroit Furnace was sent by DTE. They were super booked up and I called way after business hours to be greeted by the compassionate, extremely helpful Tom. He said he would try his best to fit me in their busy schedule earlier and not only did he do that but he remembered to call me early in the morning! What a guy. To remember a customers request during their busiest season is top of the line customer service! The service men that arrived at my home were very nice as well. I didn’t catch their names because I had to be at work but my mom popped by to be there and she said they were very knowledgeable, professional, and they went the extra mile. Thank you all at Detroit Furnace! Especially Tom!!!! The only photo I have is from my ring doorbell…but these techs were amazing!
