They installed a new furnace and AC in December 2018 that has leaked large amounts of air from the seams of the unit since the beginning. They agree it's under warranty but charge $95 to come to my house to look at it. When they removed the thermostat to install theirs they tore off a large piece of the wall and offered up a "sorry" without fixing anything (see picture). Now the chimney cap they installed is leaking all kinds of water into my basement. When I called I was told they were a Randall company now and the new company appears to care just as little as the original company.

ACE has provided repairs and maintenance on our forced-air AC system for several years and I have had no problems with them. This year we decided to add a mini-split AC to our addition, which receives a great deal of solar heat. We solicited bids from three companies, of whom two responded. ACE had the better price of the two. More importantly, the company president came in person to bid the job, and proposed a brilliant solution for where and how to install the elements of the system. Two techs, Jim and John, came today and spent 9 hours carefully and precisely installing our new AC. They took great care to install a system that not only works well but also integrates attractively with our property. We are very happy with ACE based on this new experience. You should always obtain competing bids for major work. However, we can enthusiastically suggest that you should include ACE among the bidders. We're very glad that we did.

This place is horrible! They are clueless about everything. My elderly mother had no end of trouble with these clowns from installing the wrong sized furnace to incorrect installation according to the inspector. I had no end of trouble trying to get them to correct THEIR mistakes! Avoid this place at all costs!
