I called right when they opened at 7:30am and they answered! They had my air conditioner fixed and working properly three hours later! You do not need to look anywhere else; they are efficient and very reasonably priced! Will use every time in the future! Thanks so much guys!

The Schreiner boys are top notch. I gave Steve a call about sourcing a draft inducer for my 27 year old furnace. They looked up the part and nowhere had the part for less than $600. I then made the decision to start getting quotes for new furnaces got a few quotes for the job, one of them coming from an amana dealer (which is a middle to low end furnace) and steve and cody schreiner got me into a high end lennox for around the same price. So i ended up with a better furnace for nearly the same price. They were awesome!I live in Millington and called Millington heating and cooling, 1/2 mile from me, my neighbor. This was 8:30 at night and 2 degrees outside. He was rude and said he couldn't make it till "maybe" 4:30 the next day.The Roots heating said maybe buy Monday they would have the part, that was 4 days later!When I called Schreiber the next morning in my very cold house, Brian was polite, very business like and concerned about the heat in my house. They actually had the part in stick! He sent over Robert, who knew what he was doing and took care of everything within an hour. Very impressed with thier service.
