I lived there for 5 1/2 years. The management is absolutely amazing! You could not ask for a better property manager than Patti. Any repairs were also done promptly, and the property is very clean. I had some really nice, quiet neighbors for the most part when I lived there as well. The only downside to these apartments, is that the building is not well insulated, so you can hear neighbors normal day-to-day noises. Don't let that stop you though, because a white noise machine will take care of that. The location is also very beautiful.
