My furnace went out when it was in the single digits. Spencer was able to come out and assess that I needed a new furnace that day. Within 24 hours I have a new furnace. Spencer and Schuyler were both professional and polite. They got the job done in no time. I'm very grateful and thankful that Laura took my call and helped me with this process and made it easy. I had Sharon’s come out to do their $59 tuneup (with a rebate from Consumers Energy.). The technician found an issue with the furnace and stayed in the task until it was resolved. They kept me updated with what was going on. Very friendly hard working crew!
Spencer was awesome and explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. He was right on time and very friendly and professional! Definitely recommend Sharon’s Heating & Cooling!
