I had an excellent experience at Randy’s Service in Fowlerville, MI. They were very honest and transparent when diagnosing my tire. Instead of pushing for a replacement, they explained that the tire was almost new and did not need to be replaced.
They repaired it properly and did a great job. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism — it’s not easy to find a shop that truly looks out for the customer’s best interest. I highly recommend Randy’s Service for tire and auto service.
While doing Amazon Flex, I got stuck in the snow on someone’s property in Dansville. After calling my insurance and waiting over 30 mins for road side assistance, with no luck at all, I googled towing. Randy’s service was the first on the list, so I called. They made it to my location within 30 mins and carefully pulled my Dodge Charger out of the snow bank. I couldn’t have asked for better service! If it wasn’t for them, I’m not sure how I would have made it back home to Lansing. Thank you!
Made an appointment with belle tire which waited to tell me when I showed up that they couldn’t get to it for an unknown date. Contacted Randy’s and they mounted and balanced my tires in 15 minutes, thanks again I will be back for the next set.
