So, when my old AC died I knew that Ken would be the one to install a new and better unit than the last company I had worked with. “We needed to have a gas line installed in our basement for a new whole house generator. The workers marred up our paint in the basement and spilled paint on our furniture. I called the owner and he has failed to return my call. That was two weeks ago. They also did not anchor the gas line completely to the joists in the basement. I am very disappointed in their work. Update, they addressed all of the issues and did their best to correct the situation. While I was frustrated initially, I am happy that they stepped up to fix the issue.“
