I cant say enough good things about Kevin and carpet depot! We have a newly built house in Fowlerville and we relied on Carpet depot for the flooring in our entire house. Kevin was extremely patient over many months of us getting the timing right for when flooring could go in and trying to make a decision on what we wanted. The customer service, price and quality of work performed truly blew us out of the water! Leave your project in carpet depots hands and you wont regret it :)

Very happy with our new floor and the service provided. They saved us a TON of money and headache just by actually looking at our floors and making a plan. We went through a different company initially and they wanted to rip out everything and put down all new flooring. After having carpet depot come take a look he told us that wouldn’t be a possibility without spending a ton MORE money building our floor back up to meet the height of the baseboard (since the floor we currently had was bamboo, very thick). Other company also wanted us to rent our own dumpster and hire a plumber to remove the toilet. Carpet depot didn’t have to do any of that, and the floors look wonderful.

Great quality carpet, the staff I have interacted with (Kevin the owner, Becky and Dan) have all been so kind, knowledgeable and professional. The install was quick, efficient and everything turned out wonderful. I am very pleased with my experience with Carpet Depot!
