We were behind a vehicle that took a little bit of extra time, and they offered to move us to the front of the next line. We declined because we were not in a hurry, but they tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Had a full synthetic oil change done here. Initially the oil was overfilled, though to their credit they caught it before I even started the truck and corrected the level right away.
What bothered me more was that the service sticker was set for only 3,000 miles despite using full synthetic oil. For a modern vehicle running full synthetic, that interval feels unnecessarily short and a bit misleading. I understand some shops recommend conservative intervals, but many customers may not realize their vehicle can safely go significantly farther between changes.

What a great place to get service of your choice. I got the oil change that came with lots of extra checks. I did use a coupon that I found online as a retired person wanting special car care and savings. Everyone there was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I'll go back to have since they do recommend many other checks and found a problem that need to get repaired at a mechanic shop. Great works guys!!
