I visited again today a year later (different person) & still wonderful service. He was patient, understanding (for my fear of tattoos and how important sentimental piece was) flexible, he squeezed me in last minute, it looks great and it was painless. I hate tattoos and this is my second in 2 years from them. Great job. I'm continuously impressed
