Larry and his team are great. I've had them out twice recently (he could have done it in one trip but I wasn't ready) and he was prompt and responsive both times. Resolved both issues quickly and professionally.

Our Generators light turned red and stopped testing I call Van Wert and the owner answered the phone in the evening and came right out the next day. Fixed the problem and we are ready for winters storms. Highly recommend!
