Matt was great, all-around great experience. I had a saw under warranty that the manufacturer gave him troubles with and he stayed persistent and remedied the issue for me. Highly recommend

I took my push mower in for a simple cable repair for the self propel and got top notch service. Within 10 minutes the cable was adjusted and the self propel was propelling again lol. I went to grab my phone/wallet and embarrassingly realized I'd left it at home. I asked to just leave my mower to run home and grab it real quick and they kindly said they'd just put it on my riding mowers tab next week. I was so embarrassed and they were too kind. Kindness seems hard to come by these days so I will definitely remember Nate's for future repairs needs. I would highly recommend them. Fantastic place!!! highly recommend. They even came out and picked up my tractor for me. My tractor is all ready for summer. Very knowledgeable, and they definitely know there stuff.
