5 stars for Mark from Johnson and Wood. Our 1942 built property in Flint MI needed some TLC with two AC units. We have been using Johnson and Wood since purchasing the property in 2018. Always pleasant, courteous and great service. They take care of our two boilers for heat also.

Great Service, price, response time, and quality workmanship!The Company Rep responded quickly and was out the next day to assess my needs for a new hydronic boiler. I'd done my homework and know these systems generally. The Rep was Very knowledgeable and discussed our options to fit our budget and needs. He properly sized my unit by the manufacturers recommendations and promptly got the quote to me. He was honest and answered questions the same. They had the new unit and parts installed within days after we accepted the quote. Bobby and Luke arrived on time & had my entire system installed, plumbing & venting in less than 8hrs.
