I took a iPhone in that was water damaged and the phone would ring but the screen was black and we needed it backed up since it had not been backed up to the cloud for along time. I can’t say enough great things about this place. They explained everything and they were able to get the information back and the gentleman that was there when my daughter picked up her phone transferred the information to her new phone and cleared the old phone. He was so helpful. People don’t always realize that everything can’t be fixed and that you need patience. Thank you
uBreakiFix was just what I needed! I took my Brother's 9th generation iPad in this morning anticipating a need for an extensive repair to the charging port. Chris was so friendly and the consummate professional. He explained that the port may just need cleaning. He did so right on the spot which solved the issue. I purchased a new charging cord and was back in business. Thank you, Chris, for the exceptional service and support! I would give uBreakiFix 10 Google stars if I could!
Went in thinking I needed multiple repairs, turns out it was something simple. Much thanks for the honesty in the diagnosis! Most repairs shops are all about sales and would have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. Chris was very upfront and efficient in the repair. Highly recommend this store!
