As of now I just have to write that you need to stay away. Started a project and walked off the job less than midway claiming a death in the family and then they never returned after that-- left a bigger mess than when started
The first time we used him, he was great. He did a great job and was very quick. Now he doesn't return my phone calls. If you don't have time to do the work, that is fine, but at least call the customer and say you can't do the work. Customer service should come first.
