I’m not even sure where to begin. I purchased a house in June 2023 with a boiler system. Rather than have one humongous radiator in front of the living room picture window, I hired professionals to take it out and put in two floor radiators on each side of the window. This work was done while I was out of town. When I returned home, to my surprise, they did not use copper pipes to install them. You can see from the first picture that the pex that they used was sagging and not up to code. When I asked why copper wasn’t used, I was told “my brother has it in his house so I’m sure it’s fine for your house.” I never was given an explanation as to why it was sagging.... read full review

Or basement flooded a few nights ago after a bad storm. They were able to fit us into their schedule last minute and quickly diagnose the issue. Bob installed a new sump pump and a new water outlet. The work was done quickly. He was professional, kind, and took his time explaining issues and solutions with me. This was was our first time using this company and we will continue working with them in the future.Great company, and customer service starting from your initial phonograph call to the office to the technicians in the field.
