Great company with great customer service. I had an issue with my hot water boiler and needed service. Since I still had heat I didn't need service today. I was told the the next day I should have a service. In the early afternoon I was called and told the the repair man had a call that took longer and that the next morning I would be my time. I received a call the next morning and everything was fixed. Thanks to the repair man, Gary,(Pete also) to Ashley and especially Bob. If you need a great company this it it.
You are getting this review to thank-you for helping us out in our situation. You were booked out to 6 weeks. You could not take our job. However, you kindly recommend another plumber who came right out and fixed our plumbing issue. Thank-you so very much for that! We are so grateful. We will recommend you to others and tell them our story.

When I asked why copper wasn’t used, I was told “my brother has it in his house so I’m sure it’s fine for your house.” I never was given an explanation as to why it was sagging....read full review
