I have been going her for a couple years now, and I am absolutely impressed by my results, I suffered from psoriasis on my scalp, and as a black women I couldn’t wear certain hair styles I no longer have that issue.
Not going to lie to you, I’ve always ended up waiting a significantly longer wait time at Dr. Gaffney’s office compared to others.But Gaffney makes it worth it. He genuinely takes his time to address your issues, diagnose you properly, discuss anything and everything you want or might remotely think is relevant. He’s honest to goodness the best doctor I’ve ever seen. I’ve been seeing him since I was an acne ridden teen, and I’ve never had a bad experience with his office. Just a wonderful doctor and human being.
Zero of these stars are for that awful blonde lady behind the front counter. I have seen her be absolutely terrible to patients. So rude. Patients are not even greeted as they approach. And when they come up looking for direction she is so rude. Sign in! Pens go in the cup! I come here frequently, so I'm aware of the routine and don't waste time trying to engage with them. My 5 stars are for Dr. Gaffney and Jen. They are absolutely fabulous and worth enduring the disgust of the blonde lady. It's a shame that the front office lady is how she is. The initial person you meet as you walk in really should set the tone for the visit. She's mostly concerned with what's happening...read full review
